Weightmans is a top UK law firm, employing over 1,300 people at sites across country. Its London-based office is located in the heart of the capital at 105 Fenchurch Street.

Appointed to carry out an overhaul of the site were interior fit out specialists, Claremont, who were asked to “create a new workspace with an attractive business and client lounge, as well as ample spaces to bring the team together and support its pending transition to agile working.”

At Creatif, we fully support and embrace the concept of agile working. However, we also understand that it can produce acoustic challenges within a workspace – especially at a site with nearly 200 employees.

This is why that when Claremont required a solution to eliminate reverberation and combat noise distraction within the space, the fit out specialists came to us. A combination of our ReSound acoustic wall panels and ceiling rafts helped to transform an otherwise unpleasant acoustic environment into a much calmer one.

ReSound, being a Class A sound absorber, stops 95% of sound that hits it, cutting reverberation and trapping noise at source. This allowed the professionals at Weightmans to concentrate, whether collaborating with colleagues or working alone.
